dc.description.abstract The impediments that Pakistan confronts in maximising its blue economy potential emphasise the significance of enacting a comprehensive strategy that incorporates legislative alteration, enhanced infrastructure, participation by stakeholders, and cross-provincial collaboration. In spite of rich coastal resources, Pakistan has a weak legal framework, less maritime awareness, and the technological scantiness. The need to line up legal frameworks of Pakistan blue economy with international standards. Exploiting of Pakistan Blue Economy by Utilizing its off-Shore and the Coastal Resources. The comprehensive strategy describes methods to improve Pakistan's blue economy. The effective execution of environmental laws, give the Suo motu powers to the environmental tribunal, and also stresses the importance of modern technologies. Potential of coastal tourism to maximise the Pakistan's blue economy, The initiatives include updating the curriculum that expand the general understanding of marine issues, media outreach for fostering blue resources, for long-term investment, political stability, resolving disputes between provinces, and integrating marine policies with the principles of the Blue Economy are essential. Further, Pakistan ought to take steps to establish the Marine Managed Areas (MMAs) and the Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) using the rule of the Ecosystem-Based Management (EBM) as a vital management strategy. This strategy is essential to ensuring the offshore industry's future stability. To recognise key marine biological systems and deal with stakeholder concerns, maritime spatial planning, and MPA has to be put into practice. These strategies have to be included into wider Integrated Coastal Zone Management (ICZM) framework. en_US
