The study examines the challenges and successes faced by these nations in aligning their national maritime policies and legal frameworks with international maritime regulations and aimed to provide best possible solutions to overcome these challenges. It highlights the critical role of socio-economic and geopolitical factors in influencing the effectiveness of compliance strategies. The research emphasizes the need for targeted solutions to address the complexities arising from limited technical expertise, financial resources, and institutional capacities. By understanding these challenges, the study aims to provide insights for enhancing the successful implementation of (International Maritime Organization) IMO pollution reduction efforts in the maritime industries of developing countries, promoting a cleaner and sustainable marine environment worldwide under the qualitative study of the data. | en_US |
