Abstract:
The real estate business has had its fair share of challenges as the economy has
fluctuated and increasing trends have emerged. Realtors are continually overcoming
hurdles on their own, without the assistance of others, to stay in business. It is critical
to identify the issues that are preventing revenue growth in the real estate business to
achieve consistent growth. With the current market, the efficiency, and convenience
of the use of real estate may not be achievable. Therefore, in this project, a web-based
solution is given to solve this real estate challenge. This solution in the form of a
product will be a single platform for all the practices related to houses that a real estate
agent and community can provide [1]. This internet site assists clients in selling
homes by allowing them to look for their ideal property using different filters. They
can then contact the owners with their queries [2]. Renting homes, advisory about
better places around you to make it a shelter for you. Nonetheless, through this project,
we’ll be generating a community of real estate agents’ lines by properly advertising
and marketing the properties about relevant stuff one urges for.
The tool, we used in this project is Visual Studio code for the front end as well
as for back end of the website. This solution also provides a user-based
recommendation system. The scraper is used to obtain the dataset. The dataset that is
used in this project is taken from opendata.com, the link is given below:
