Recruiters will post jobs and candidates will relate to them, organizers will publish their event proposal and sponsors and speakers will relate to them to solve the issues. Web-Based DevConnect will connect recruiters with students, organizers with sponsors and speakers, because due to traditional way, recruiters are unable to find talented candidates and student organizers don’t know how to grab sponsors etc. Students can register accounts on DevConnect, which allows them to generate a professional CV and follow businesses from several industries. These employers notify you when new positions become available, making it simple to remain in touch with places where you might want to work after graduation
