Tech industry which is famous for problem solving has a problem of finding talented
candidates and candidates have problem finding perfect jobs for them, student
organizers doesn’t know how to grab sponsors and speakers for their events to help
peer to peer learning, speakers who are interested doesn’t know how to approach
students organizing tech events.
Recruiters will post jobs and candidates will relate to them, organizers will publish
their event proposal and sponsors and speakers will relate to them to solve the issues.
Web-Based DevConnect will connect recruiters with students, organizers with
sponsors and speakers, because due to traditional way, recruiters are unable to find
talented candidates and student organizers don’t know how to grab sponsors etc.
Students can register accounts on DevConnect, which allows them to generate a
professional CV and follow businesses from several industries. These employers
notify you when new positions become available, making it simple to remain in touch
with places where you might want to work after graduation
