dc.description.abstract Child labor is constantly connected with the infringement of the essential freedoms of children. That being said, each work that a child perform can't be termed as labor. Child labor at brick kilns is not a new phenomenon, being continued since ages and yet no significant redressal has been done to curb this. Child labor is a naturally pronounced wrongdoing in Pakistan yet one can see a little improvement in killing the scourge of child labor from Pakistan. It is on the ascent, truth be told. Every society keeps up with its ethical framework. The ethical arrangement of any general public relates to what should be finished and what not to be finished. Yet, the ethical framework varies from the overall set of laws as in while the previous has no approval for implementation while the last option is upheld through the authorization of the state. There are certain issues which are despised by individuals ethically. Nonetheless, the child labor has been countenanced by individuals. The noxious peculiarity of the child labor isn't the result of a solitary component rather it has been the result of different interrelated factors. Apparently, it has all the earmarks of being driven by a financial interest of some sort or another, however on the nearer examination it is significantly more a complicated peculiarity which is brought about by different variables. This research is going to feature the different impacts of child labor in the brick kiln sector. Ending child labor is just conceivable with monetary disturbance of a general public, in this way keeping a mind the privileges of working children ought to be vital. Therefore, this study examines the law against child labor at brick kilns in Punjab with respect to education and the qualitative research methodology is used to critically analyze the provisions which are ambiguous and not in harmony with the moral as well as legal standards to curb child labor. This thesis has also recommended the changes to be made in a few provisions of child labor law at brick kilns to effectively address the challenges as well as implementation to end this grave practice. en_US
