dc.description.abstract With the globalization international trade and supply chain rapidly growing across the borders which lead the scholar to develop laws for the issues arising in result of frauds in commercial transactions. However, WTO is playing active role to tackle with the issue of commercial frauds in supply chain by providing guidelines to states for enactment of their national laws. Pakistan as a developing country bringing reforms in its legislation and made attempts to tackle with the issue as per guidelines of WTO but unfortunately there is still dearth of effective legal framework to deal with the commercial frauds in international supply chain. Therefore, this study highlights the disputes arising in supply chain and explore the reasons of ineffectiveness of existing mechanism to resolve these conflicts at national level by critically analyzing existing laws in light of ITL and IL. In this context this study highlights the major issues and suggest factor which can be incorporated in existing laws. This study suggests that there should be proper mechanism and legal framework which identify the fraud in supply chain and international trade which can be possible by bringing reforms in existing laws of Pakistan. en_US
