dc.description.abstract | The global shipping Industry is one of the sources of accelerating economy of every nation. This industry is clearly relating with “Pollution heaven” Industry as it poses both negative and positive contribution. This processes no doubt provides economic boost to a country specially a developing country like a Pakistan. However, it accumulates a lot of load upon environmental issues all over the World. Despite of such hazardous alarms, there is no proper mechanism for management of hazardous substances. The disputes are mostly resolved through means of Arbitration. Working condition at a ship breaking company or area should be improved systematically. All workers should get enhanced level of tools and proper safe environment to work within. With the perspective to achieve proper environmental conditions and safety, well-trained workers and hazard free area, then a country needs to invest on the permanent account rather than delaying the process. | en_US |
