dc.description.abstract | This case study investigates the impact of Human Resources (HR) practices on remote work environments, a topic of growing importance as remote work becomes more common. The study aims to provide HR professionals with actionable insights to improve employee engagement, streamline performance reviews, promote work-life balance, and ensure inclusivity in remote settings. Data were collected through interviews with employees and CEOs from various organizations that have implemented remote work. These interviews provided a comprehensive understanding of the benefits and challenges associated with remote work. The findings offer practical strategies for HR departments, business leaders, and policymakers to enhance productivity and build a strong, adaptable workforce. This research underscores the importance of adapting HR practices to meet the evolving needs of a remote work landscape, benefiting not only HR professionals but also contributing to broader organizational success. | en_US |
