dc.description.abstract | This project aims to analyze distribution strategies of Haidri Beverages, one of the biggest distributors of Pepsi. Overcoming distribution challenges requires a holistic approach where marketing and distribution strategies are closely integrated to deliver seamless and impactful brand experiences that drive consumer engagement and loyalty. Fragmented Distribution Channels, tailoring marketing strategies to each retail format helps in better targeting and engaging consumers. Like; in supermarkets, in-store promotions and product displays are crucial, while for e-commerce, digital advertising and online promotions play a significant role. Pepsi needs to design flexible marketing campaigns that can quickly adapt to changing demand patterns. This involves ramping up promotional activities during peak seasons (e.g., summer, holidays) and managing inventory effectively to prevent overstock or stockouts. Seasonal Demand Variability, efficient inventory management ensures that products are available when demand spikes, avoiding lost sales opportunities. This requires close coordination between marketing, sales, and supply chain teams. This project serves as a practical guide for implementing distribution strategies and demonstrates the potential of using these platforms to expand reach, engage customers, and drive business growth. The success of the effective distribution channel for Pepsi validates the significance of establishing brand presence, connecting with the target audience, and achieving measurable results in the beverage industry. | en_US |
