Abstract:
The study project’s goal is to identify the several causes of Headway Escuela’s high teacher turnover and absence rates and present a comprehensive solution that the organization can apply. A detailed analysis revealed that teacher turnover is impacted by both cognitive and environmental factors, including burnout and job discontent, as well as environmental challenges such as workload and a lack of support. The descriptive technique was used to provide replies in the form of various HR concepts and approaches, based on both primary and secondary data. The study not only addresses the problem, but it also offers suggestions for long-term prevention and mitigation of teacher absence. The results of this study demonstrate how crucial it is to address the fundamental causes of high absenteeism and turnover among teachers.
