dc.description.abstract The importance of supply chains is very important for companies and especially supermarkets that are running their businesses selling goods and services. Mainly in the urban centers like the Twin Cities in Pakistan. It is crucial to maintain a power house of Supply Chain in order to achieve a perfect fit for any organization. This research paper will focus on the six companies in the twin cities of Pakistan mainly Metro Cash & Carry, Imtiaz Mall, Save Mart, Punjab Cash & Carry, and Al Fateh. The research paper will focus on financial data, procurement practices, inventory management, and the relationship between suppliers and employers. The focus of this study will be on examining the financial dissonance that appears to be associated with the supply chains of these supermarkets. And uncover the underlying factors that damage the system. With the help of established theories by many scholars, it will redefine this research and aim to achieve credibility and recommend the companies to prevent a financial crisis to improve their market. Whatever the challenges these supermarkets face will be explored and the key challenges will be taken into consideration. Through comprehensive analysis of questionnaires, financial data, inventory management, and other factors, this research paper will uncover the factors that lead to financial dissonance. = The findings of this research are expected to provide valuable insights for supermarket management, suppliers, policymakers, and other stakeholders, enabling them to optimize supply chain processes, enhance financial performance, and ultimately, deliver greater value to customers. en_US
