Abstract

Agriculture is the most vital sector for an agrarian economy like Pakistan. In presence of multiple stakeholders, the sector is yet to be benefitted from the fruits of Information Technology. At present, In Pakistan, very few developments were witnessed by this sector in respect of Information Technology. The proposed android application is based on providing an insight into the sector through 3 main entities, Farmer, dealers of specific companies dealing with agriculture products and Government. This application will provide agricultural solutionsto all the farmers who are ignorant about the products required for enriching their cultivation. This whole procedure will be followed as unique way after the farmer and authorized dealer will sign up in this Application. Secondly, in this application each farmer will be guided for the successful growing of the crop through national and multinational companies and farmer will be able to show that in a specific area of this district this crop has been cultivated. Tools required to develop this application are VS Code, React-native, Database (SQLite). Methodology used for development Incremental methodology is the best methodology which can used for the creation of this Android Application because Incremental Model is a process of software development where requirements are broken down into multiple standalone modules of software development cycle.
