dc.description.abstract | Nobel Pharmaceuticals is a Kashmir-based pharmaceutical company that is involved in the production of the veterinary medicine. The company has a total of 800 employees and it is family-owned business in which all the decision-making is done by the members of the family. The company however is facing issues with the Human resource department because the company is still maintaining and performing all the HR operations manually making the operations time-consuming. This is also leading to a lag in operations and loss of employee Morale and satisfaction towards the job. We critically analyzed the situation of Nobel Pharmaceutical and came up with the solution of Implementing Oracle HCM as an HRIS system for the organization. We have worked with the AFFEUGERSON to successfully implement the HRIS system to automate the HR operations of the company. This particular software helped Nobel Pharmaceuticals in automating the repetitive HR tasks and provided the company with opportunity to conducted training and development, onboarding, employee engagement activities online. This software helped the employees of Human Resource at Nobel Pharmaceuticals to save time and effort on the Non-valuable and repetitive task and contribute more towards the strategic management of Human Resource and adding value to the organization Nobel Pharmaceuticals. | en_US |
