dc.description.abstract The academia has a unique blend of experience and knowledge in its different domains. In the current report entail the practical experience of Pakistan’s most rapidly growing business industry around the globe. The northern areas of Pakistan provides the most promising experience with unlimited opportunities of learning and development integrating both human resource management and marketing. Local and prior knowledge instigated design the current project with broader future implications. The current research report examines the roles and synergies of human resource management (HRM) and marketing in promoting sustainable tourism in Gilgit-Baltistan. It identifies key HRM practices (Training and Capacity Buli9ding) that ensure a skilled, motivated, and customer- oriented workforce and analyzes marketing strategies that attract responsible tourists and promote eco-friendly tourism practices. The integration of eco-tourism principles through human resource management (HRM) and marketing strategies to foster sustainable tourism growth in Gilgit Baltistan. It examines the significance, methods, and anticipated outcomes of implementing training, capacity building, rebranding, and promotional activities within the context of BSTT The integration of eco-tourism involves incorporating sustainable practices into HRM and marketing strategies to promote responsible tourism. This includes training staff, building capacity within local communities, rebranding BSTT as an eco-tourism leader, and executing targeted promotional activities. Eco-tourism integration is essential for mitigating environmental impact, preserving cultural heritage, and promoting economic growth in Gilgit Baltistan. By adopting eco-friendly practices, BSTT can attract conscientious tourists, enhance its reputation, and contribute to the region's long- term sustainability. Training programs will equip BSTT staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to implement eco-tourism practices effectively. Capacity building initiatives will empower local communities to participate in sustainable tourism activities. Rebranding efforts will position BSTT as a leading eco-tourism provider, while promotional activities will raise awareness and attract eco-conscious tourists to the region. By implementing these strategies, BSTT aims to create a holistic approach to eco-tourism integration, driving sustainable tourism growth and fostering positive socio-economic and environmental outcomes in Gilgit Baltistan. en_US
