Abstract:
This research explores the transition of HR practices from manual to automated, undertaken at IZOC Solutions in Pakistan which is operating through different streams (IT infrastructure, business process outsourcing, and digital marketing). The goal is to improve the inefficiencies of common manual HR processes that use Google Sheets for payroll, employee evaluation, and leave tracking. We heard from IZOC Solutions staff on current HR practices and challenges. We discussed the advantages and why you should use FLOW HCM software, an effective human resources management system that is designed to be used in modern requirements by automating all these processes. Some problems of the manual HR system are discovered by our research: data management with complex structure is ineffective; human error happens often; activities related to strategic HRM have not been done enough and its direct effects on organizational performance are negative. Strengths reported by a SWOT analysis included a broad pay for employment and insistence on quality, weaknesses identified were high employee turnover to wage rate. The ease with which HR operations would be ascertained at IZOC Solutions, if they adopted the FLOW HCM Software is well elaborated in the study. The solution will help them overcome these by increasing the efficiency of the system, accurate data transfer, availability, and reporting/analytics. By taking over HR activities that are more routine by nature, FLOW HCM will free up the time and effort from your HR personnel so they can focus on higher-level tasks like developing talent or increasing employee engagement. Our approach: we propose a structured implementation plan- from defining stakeholder roles to training HR staff and ongoing improvement iterations as your company grows and changes. IZOC Solutions anticipates a successful future with the support of FLOW HCM as it will improve its operational efficiency, pave the way for compliance and provide strategic pathways to HR management.
