This project involves around ChooseIt which is a website that Is dedicated to help women of all ages find the right dress for themselves for every type of occasion. The project starts with mission and vision, mentioning the objectives of the business which is accompanied by the benefits, risks and constraints. Subsequently, it conducts a comprehensive analysis of the fashion industry including the SWOT and PESTLE The phases of the project are outlined that mention how the implementation and development takes place. Moreover, it has also been mentioned the marketing strategy and the recruitment and selection that will take place. This comprehensive project aims to outline a clear roadmap for the effective marketing strategy implementation promoting growth and longevity for ChooseIt.
