Abstract:
This project looks at the problem occurred at a fast food restaurant. The basic problem in
the food service is that every restaurant has a counter where you can place your order and
then make the payment. So in every restaurant there is a need of waiter. Labour rates are
increasing day by day. Hence, to solve the problem we decided to make “i-menu” the
touch screen ordering system.
There will be a touch screen on each table having an interactive Ul, from where the
customer can select order and on submit that order will be send to the kitchen for
processing.
I-menu will change the way to serve customer. It make the very best customer experience
possible .it drastically enhance profitability. I-menu will optimize manpower and
eliminate human errors.
