Abstract:
A hotel with a traditional reservations system consumes time and man-power. The data
is stored manually by the one in-charge which is very time-consuming. What if an
automated system was used instead? Nebula Hotelx is implemented to automate a
hotel’s management and use business intelligence to recommend the best package, and
plot data for analysis.
Customers can reserve, modify, or cancel a reservation anytime they want.
Nebula Hotelx will guide the customer to choose the best package using a
recommender system. Data will be visualized in the form of plots to understand the
hotel’s performance. A notification will be sent to the customer for booking
confirmation and reminder via email. The application will also handle customer
billings and payments. The payments will just be an acknowledgment. Because of the
automated system, the customer can choose the best package and enjoy their stay fully.
