dc.description.abstract Most of the buyers prefer to shop online due to its easiness and benefits the biggest opportunity for e commerce companies is to build a long lasting and profitable relationship with their existing audience. To make strong relationship with their user is very important to focus on the customer as a whole and making sense of a flood of real-time information that goes well beyond demographics or shopping behavior. Our aim is to target the customer because most time when you open any e commerce store you will see the product, which you do not want to buy, and either do not want to see on the home page. Our objective is to target the customer and show them the products which they want to see or buy from your e commerce store it will make more easy for the customer to find the items or product to buy and we will also provide them a facility of an Chabot by using that Chabot they can get information about the product and all the discounts and that AI chat bot even convert text to speech ability after selecting the product user can do online payments and also view their purchased product history en_US
