dc.description.abstract The term SRC refers to Student Resource Centre is to provide the students with opportunities in both curricular and co-curricular areas to enhance their talent leadership skills. It is responsible to conduct different events under the umbrella of university having maximum participation by students. It also helps the students to manage their participation and activities related to their events. So far, all events management work and record maintenance are done manually So, the major issue is the manual records and activities management and the communication and promotion. Events must be captured, categorized, analysed, and acted upon in real time manner. This project aims to solve the above-mentioned problem by automating the manual activities of SRC. The system helps the SRC admin to effectively manage different events like conferences, Guest speaker sessions, and manage different clubs and their activities like Art & Dramatic club, Sports Club etc. It can also be used for managing online registration, membership, Event Promotion, Alerts, Participation of students, Alumni Record keeping and the traceability of events. The solution is a web-based application which is developed by using the PHP Laravel [3] framework in combination with Database en_US
