dc.description.abstract A charity mechanism, which is an act of kindness. The organizations has faced many problems to determine donors or getting funds. The donors are confused to donate to the organizations because donors are not satisfied by the organization and its donation delivered to needy peoples. The other issue is that to verify needy people. This mechanism helps the needy people to fulfill the basic need who are in great poverty and hungry situation. System deals with donors and organizations. This system provides facility of finding the organizations and donor. System verifies needy people, identifies donors and provide facility for donors to easily determine non-profitable organization for donation. Before donation, donor checks out organization and measures its deliverable materials to needy people. Donor gets satisfaction from the system. System determines organization and authenticates it by the verification process. Organization identifies donors for collection of donations and attracted by providing satisfaction. This mechanism has done by adopting the prototype model and system has implemented through Microsoft dot net by using the visual studio and providing services through the online web-based application en_US
