dc.description.abstract Children spend more time with electronic media than they do in any other activity, aside from sleep. Many of the negative effects that stem from media exposure may be reduced by parental monitoring of children’s media use; however, there lacks a clear understanding of the mechanisms and extent of these protective effects. Parental controls are one of the most powerful tools to help children of all ages learn responsibility and grow independently. E-eye lends a helping hand in the ongoing struggle of many parents feel over technology. It allows parents to view their child’s activity summary also their time spent on apps, social networks, and searches. E-eye lets parents monitor activity on the Android. They can observe with whom their children are communicating with and what they are saying, It also provides an access to parents what the children are looking, what sort of links they visit. The system will be multi-tier, android application. It will be implemented for mobiles running under Android operating systems en_US
