dc.description.abstract In Pakistan, many peoples have died in road accidents. People are not fully aware of traffic rules and do not care about the outcome of the violation of traffic rules. Traffic warden plays an important role in this situation. Warden force citizens to follow the traffic rules. In current E-challan system cameras does not capture driver who does not wear helmet and seat belt. These tasks have to perform to the traffic warden which causes him overburdened. If any citizen violates traffic rule then traffic warden stops them and issue challan and citizen pay challan in bank. This is an old system warden issue challan on paper book and get legal document of driver and driver pay challan and get their document in return, certainly this is a long and laborious procedure. We want to improve this system to facilitate our citizens and reduce the burden on traffic warden. We have introduced an extension of E-challan system. We facilitate our wardens and citizens to generate and pay challan on spot. This application saves precious time of people and helps warden to issue challan easily. en_US
