Traino-Training Aide

Abstract

Traino-Training Aide is a web-based innovative training management solution that is implemented to facilitate trainees and trainers. Traino is based on simplicity and ease of-use. It helps trainers to display their skill-set, areas of interest, expertise and a whole lot more to create a multitudinous platform that helps trainees to connect with the targeted trainers. The objective of the traino is to provide ease in material dissemination and for the facilitation of trainees and trainers, where trainees could easily browse the training courses to get training and trainers are able to get feedback, for their professional growth. For that purpose, the Traino include modules of creating a profile to get registered on the system, uploading material module; in which a trainer uploads its training material, trainer selection module; where a trainee can search, select his trainer for training and can access training material, download material module; through which a trainee can download material to access it offline and feedback module for trainee’s feedback. The tool that is used to develop this system is the Pycharm Django web framework, using python for back end and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for frontend. PostgreSQL is used for the database
