Abstract:
The objective of this project is to link up start up idea owners and investors together.
Start-ups usually confront many issues in the beginning of business establishment.
One of the major concerns is finding the righteous investor company or partner for the
business start-up, because if a start-up founder or team chooses wrong investor for the
business, it may lead them to sabotage. To overcome this problem, Launchpad, a
website that would use modern technology to help start-ups find and link up with the
right investors. Because in many cases, one may find an investor who may have him
jumping through hoops only to sign a tiny cheque months later or may find a wannabe
angel investor who just fantasizes about investing and wastes the time. On the other
hand, right investment opportunities may help start-upsturn a small but promising idea
into a long-term profit-making venture as investors can also bring connections and
expertise
