dc.description.abstract | Personality assessment has traditionally relied on questionnaires, surveys, and in-person interviews, which are often tedious and stressful for individuals seeking self-evaluation. The project aims to revolutionize personality assessment by making it interactive and engaging. The goal is to assess user’s personalities through a game, allowing them to do so from the comfort of their homes without the need for a psychologist or an interview. The gaming experience reduces stress for the player and provides accurate results by connecting to a pre-trained model. The game ensures continuous engagement without the player feeling pressured to behave in a certain way to reveal their personality traits. The incorporated dataset includes responses from individuals, after data cleaning, label encoding, unsupervised and supervised machine learning models, k-means clustering and a random forest classifer, were classifed into fve categories corresponding to the traits in the Big Five Factor Model [1]. These classifed responses are then integrated into the game to enhance the accuracy of the user’s personality assessment. The main focus of the project is on developing, creating, and testing a specialized game designed to reveal personality traits. The game, developed using Unity, features a gaming environment, characters, elements, and theme that are either self-created or sourced from the Unity Asset Store. The game elements are crafted to create a 3D environment that mimics real-life scenarios, designed to evaluate time management, decision-making, keen observation, and social interaction skills. The innovative approach allows users to explore their personality traits in an enjoyable, pressure-free way. | en_US |
