dc.description.abstract Secure MVR is developed to automate the process of motor vehicle registration to reduce fraud around stealing vehicle as well as to transfer vehicle title or to issue/renew vehicle registration, to remove the need of the middleman. Because the current system is centralized in which the middleman plays a vital role which is the very complicated and daunting process which entails a lot of paperwork, communication and in which high-level risk will be involved. To overcome this problem, I propose this Secure MVR idea. Which rely on a secure distributed ledger data structure; validates are an integral part of such systems. Validators add records of past transactions to the distributed ledger known as Blockchain, allowing users to reach a secure, robust consensus for each transaction. Secure MVR lacks a central authority to mediate transactions because they were designed as peer-to-peer systems. And this project will use Block-chain technology to develop smart contracts which will automate this whole process en_US
