dc.description.abstract Primary testicular lymphoma is a rare and extremely aggressive extra nodal lymphoma. However, the accurate diagnosis and prompt management can reduce the metastasis to contralateral testis and brain. It is responsible for high mortality rate especially in elderly ages. We report a case of testicular lymphoma in 70 years old male. He presented with right testicular swelling along with no inguinal lymphadenopathy. Histopathological findings confirmed the diagnosis of primary testicular lymphoma which was then further confirmed on immuno-histochemical studies. Although a rare finding, but should always be kept in mind amongst the differential list of testicular swelling. en_US
