Abstract:
One of the best call centers in Pakistan, Touchstone Communication, is facing new opportunities as well as challenges due to the rapid changes in the recruitment process for digital marketing roles. This study examines Touchstone Communication's methods for attracting, selecting, and retaining talent in digital marketing. We learned about their hiring procedures through interviews with department heads, HR managers, and recent hires. The results draw attention to important problems such the dearth of qualified specialists, excessive staff churn, and the rapid advancement of technology. We also look at the efficacy of other hiring practices, such as employee recommendations, social media, and online job portals. The report explores the effects of these practices on Pakistan's call Center market and offers suggestions for enhancing hiring procedures to better suit the demands of digital marketing. This study aims to assist Touchstone Communication and related organizations in improving their plans for future success by providing insightful information on recruitment procedures.
