dc.description.abstract | This thesis examines the significant influence that Israeli lobby holds upon the US foreign policy concerning the Palestinian crisis, particularly during the presidency of Donald Trump. During the Trump era, the Israeli lobby utilized various strategies, including lobbying efforts, financial contributions, and media manipulation, to carve US policy in a manner that aligned with Israeli interests. This thesis explores how the lobby's influence manifested in key policy decisions, such as the recognition of Jerusalem as Israel's capital, the relocation of the US embassy, and the restriction of aid to Palestine. By analyzing the unique interplay between the Israeli lobby and US policymakers, this thesis seeks to provide insights into the variables running US-Israel relations and their implications for the human rights particularly in Palestine. | en_US |
