dc.description.abstract The project basically that we decided to undertake was to design and develop a career portal page for our selected organization, which is Nayatel (pvt ltd), since Nayatel is a growing company and requires new and vibrant human resources to support their operations and expansion strategies, to cater to that Nayatel believes in maintaining its continuous linkage with academia and different universities nationwide, attracts youth and large talent to pursue their career with them. Our aim and main objective was to increase efficiency in terms of time and cost in their recruitment process, and to make it more convenient and problem free for the organization as well as the job seekers, for this we suggested an Online career portal page through which the applicants or potential job seekers can apply against various vacancies which suit their interests and on which they fulfil the criteria. The online career portal will be very easy to use and add value to the recruitment cycle for the company and make the job application process relatively easier for the applicant. The time to hire ,the cost and other resources that are wasted on the screening process and shortlisting candidates from the large pool of candidates will be cut down to minimum. en_US
