Abstract:
The ”International Educational Documentation System - IEDS” streamlines equivalence, reducing visa process time, and finding friends for students at the University through a single online system. The system helps international students gather the required documents and apply for the equivalence, undertake the visa process after the application of visa to reduce the time for visa issuance and find friends from the same country who can talk to each other for familiarizing the environment. Also, the system will have status updates, reducing processing times. Collaboration with HEC and IBCC ensures accuracy. The organizations involved in the system are the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Inter Board Coordination Commission (IBCC), University, Student Homeland Embassy, Visa Issuance Authority, and Student Certificate Issuance Organization. Future versions aim to extend services to students such, as applications for clearance, and Degrees, marking a leap toward efficient, transparent, and convenient global academic documentation.
