dc.description.abstract Meetings are a basis of collaboration, but documenting and analyzing the meetings can be a difficult and time-consuming process. Our web application, MeeteoWrite, by utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI), aims to streamline this task. Users can log in to the web application and then they can upload audio or video recordings of their meetings, and MeeteoWrite automatically generates a transcript, summary, and analysis. MeeteoWrite automatically saves the generated transcripts, summary, and analysis into their accounts as well to keep accessibility possible. This analysis includes key points and word clouds, along with the extraction of actionable tasks and meeting highlights. By automating these processes, MeeteoWrite empowers teams to improve meeting efficiency, enhance information recall, and facilitate post-meeting action steps. This report explores the design and development of MeeteoWrite, detailing the AI techniques employed for speech recognition and natural language processing (NLP). The effectiveness of MeeteoWrite is evaluated through user testing and analysis of its accuracy in capturing meeting content. Additionally, MeeteoWrite is developed using a strong technology stack to ensure efficient performance and scalability. FastAPI[3], a high-performance Python framework, forms the foundation for the web application's backend. MongoDB, a NoSQL database, provides flexible storage for the application's unstructured data, while Amazon S3 buckets offer secure and scalable storage for uploaded audio and video files. en_US
