IPO Online Filing System

Abstract

The IPO online filling system is a web application that is designed and developed to solve challenges and problems that are faced by the people and organizations while dealing with the process of registration of different kinds of IP's by streamlining and modernizing the process. We have developed this application using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Nodejs) stack, this platform provides a user-friendly interface for all kinds of procedures related to IP and will terminate the traditional paper-based filing approach. In chapter 1 of this document, there is an introduction, motivation, problem-statement, objectives of the project “IPO online filing system”. In Chapter 2, there is a background and literature review, the current system of IPO, our new system for IPO. In Chapter 3, system requirements are discussed which have non-functional, functional, user requirements of the Project. In Chapter 4, we have shown the system design, architecture, and analysis models of the project. In Chapter 5, there is a detailed discussion about the tools and technologies that we have used in developing this project. In Chapter 6, we have made different test cases and tested our system by doing unit, integration and system testing. In Chapter 7, there is a conclusion of this project which contains contributions, reflections and future work of the project.
