Abstract:
The objective of this research endeavor was to develop an automated human resource management system that can streamline processes currently managed manually across various organizations. The proposed solution aimed to address the needs of human resource departments by extracting pertinent information from application forms and profiles, evaluating candidates’ qualifications against posted job descriptions, and identifying the most suitable matches. Automating this system was intended to improve the efficiency of both the job search and recruitment processes for job seekers and hiring managers. It also provided the foundation for a paperless, well-organized management platform and facilitated productive interaction between recruiters and applicants. The overarching goal of this project was to save time, effort and provide convenience for all stakeholders involved. If successful, the outcome would have been a resume tracking system that fulfills this vision of modernizing recruitment activities through technological means while maintaining focus on serving the interests of both employers and job hunters.
