Abstract:
The event planner application, customized for event organizers and vendors, offers a unique solution within the events industry. This project aims to develop a platform that seamlessly integrates the needs of vendors and users alike. The primary goal is to create an accessible, easy to understand, and efficient application that helps with business growth for vendors while providing users with a comprehensive range of event services. The traditional event planning process is often damaged by inefficiencies stemming from disconnected communication channels, manual coordination efforts, and a lack of centralized resources. Event organizers typically use mix of emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings to engage with vendors and arrange services, leading to time-consuming back-and-forth exchanges and potential miscommunications. Moreover, the absence of a unified platform results in difficulty in accessing a diverse range of event services, forcing organizers to navigate multiple websites or directories to find suitable vendors. This broken approach not only consumes valuable time but also increases the likelihood of oversight or errors in planning. Additionally, the reliance on traditional methods limits the scope of services available, as smaller vendors may struggle to gain visibility and compete with larger, more established businesses. Our project aims to address these challenges by introducing an easy to learn event planner application that streamlines the entire event planning experience. Unlike existing platforms, which may offer limited features or lack integration, our application provides a seamless solution for both event organizers and vendors. By centralizing event planning and vendor communication in one platform, we offer efficiency and convenience previously unavailable in the industry. Our project introduces advanced features such as live tracking, strong order handling, and integration with location-based services, enhancing the user experience and facilitating smooth coordination between all stakeholders. Through our application, we seek to simplify the event planning process, making it more accessible, easy to learn, and efficient for all involved parties.In summary, the event planner application represents an innovative approach to addressing the diverse demands of the events sector through a user-centric platform.
