Abstract:
In response to the evolving needs of Codistan Ventures, this research initiative delves into the development and implementation of a Human Resource Management (HRM) system. The primary objective is to enhance workforce management, foster increased employee engagement, and align HR processes with industry-specific requirements. The project seeks to establish an integrated HRM system, streamlining personnel management, automating HR procedures, and facilitating data-driven decision-making. The complex nature of HR tasks, including hiring, training, and compliance monitoring, underscores the demand for a contemporary HRM system. Anticipated outcomes include heightened productivity, reduced errors, and an improved working environment. This thesis contributes valuable insights into the creation and implementation of a customized HRM system, with the aim of enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness within Codistan Ventures.
