dc.description.abstract Collab Scribe Hub presents a groundbreaking SaaS-based All-in-One Collaborative Powerhouse designed to revolutionize modern collaboration. This intelligent system seamlessly integrates with Zoom, offering users an unparalleled virtual meeting experience. The platform not only streamlines meeting authentication and scheduling but also introduces a thematic project structure, enhancing organizational accessibility. Meeting participants can take real-time notes directly within the interface, setting the stage for an innovative post-meeting experience where AI-driven analysis generates comprehensive meeting summaries. The project encompasses a robust methodology, leveraging Zoom API for meeting management, FFmpeg for audio extraction, and Hugging Face OpenAI Whisper Model for precise audio transcription. Unique AI features include Action Items and Responsibilities extraction through Name Entity Recognition, Main Points distillation using NLP extractive summarization, and Agreements and Decisions identification via advanced NLP techniques. The system further introduces a novel approach to schedule management, enabling users to seamlessly share and reserve time slots, enhancing collaborative planning.
