dc.description.abstract Supply Chain Management integrates mId links business functions and processes to create an efficient business model. Supply Chain Management practices me being applied by companies on their supply chains to enhance their competitive performance. 1-m can be achieved by integrating internal and external operations of a business model with other channel entities thus playing an important role towards achieving a cohesive integrated supply chain. The issue found after the literature review on the topic is that the impact of Supply Chain Practices has not been measured in any study on the supply chains of oil marketing companies in Pakistan. The purpose of this research was to carry out such a study and see the impact of SCM practices, SuPPIY Chain ] integration, and Competition Capability on the effectiveness of supply chains of oil marketing companies based in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Data was collected by distributing the questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale adapted by the administrator and statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS' Findings depicted that Supply Chain Management Practices and Supply Chain Integration were positively correlated with the firm’s performance. It is recommended that firms should incorporate these practices to enhance their performance and to achieve a better competitive position in the market. en_US
