dc.description.abstract | This study examines the role of Business Incubators in the developmental process of firms housed in incubation centers by analyzing if they help incubate and solve their keY developmental problems. The study also examines how the angel's previous experience, family background, and education of entrepreneurs affect their seeking support decision. This quantitative study was conducted on a sample of 229 incubates from different incubation centers in Pakistan. The results of the research show that Business incubators do help their tenants in solving their key developmental problems and hence play a vital role in the growth and survival of the $rm. It was also found that entrepreneurs who seek support most from incubators are young, have less previous experience and education, and have no family history with entrepreneurship. | en_US |
