Event Alive

Abstract

The selection of marquees, event planners, photographers, and saloons for weddings is one of the main issues which is faced by the families in Pakistan. The families don't know about the respective places according to their budgets, so they have to go to every place for the appointment which results in a lot of time waste. Keeping this issue in mind, we have proposed a system that would help the customers to find everything which is necessary for a wedding. Our system will be a web application as well as an android application. The customer will create an account to use the services provided by our platform. The customer will select a specific service and then look for a specific service they need in their desired location (e.g. Islamabad, Lahore). Our system will show all the services available in that area. The customer will filter the service providers by their range and the date on which they want the service. We provide the user with the ratings of the different service providers and discount offers if available. Our Vendors have their panels through which they can add/delete and update their services. Vendor receives a request and they must confirm/cancel the booking (ordered by customer). Vendors are able to see their earnings (revenue, profit, commission in the form of a graph). Event Alive will help both users (i.e. Customers and Business Owners) to reduce their efforts and increase their output by being online. There is an Admin Panel through which admin can manage both the Customers and the Vendors and keep an eye on all the activities. Admin can manage his/her employees (Salaries) using this panel.
