Abstract

This research investigates epidemic disease prevention through Islamic teachings, focusing on Ilāj bi’l-Tadbīr (Regimental Therapy). Combining Islamic jurisprudence and medical literature, it assesses Islamic principles relevance to disease prevention, emphasizing the efficiency of Ilāj bi’l-Tadbīr against epidemics. Historical precedents and contemporary research inform the evaluation of effectiveness of Ilāj bi’l-Tadbīr. Practical strategies derived from Islamic teachings and Ilāj bi’l-Tadbīr, suitable for modern healthcare systems, is identified. The study advocates for collaborative efforts between traditional Islamic medicine and conventional healthcare, emphasizing holistic approaches rooted in Islamic traditions. The thesis underscores community resilience enhancement through multidisciplinary analysis and contributes to contemporary public health discourse.
