Abstract:
This research project takes a closer look at modern day digital marketing which can be influenced by the ever-evolving Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools available, using GH Stays, an upcoming member of the Hospitality Industry, as our prime subject. With a focus on integrating AI tools and technology into the social media marketing of GH Stays, our study is based on researching the most prospective AI tools, their ability to improve digital marketing and researching the impacts of companies that have already adapted to the latest AI tools for marketing. We used a mixed-methods approach combined surveys, interviews, and analysis of historical market data to assess current practices. Key findings reveal integrating AI technology in digital marketing always has a positive impact on the company, increasing their reach and customer satisfaction, personalized guest experience, optimized campaigns and deeper brand engagement. But the cost of utilizing these tools must also be taken into consideration, as not every tool may have a high return on investments. This project offers an in-depth roadmap for the organization's AI integration journey, which can potentially establish GH Stays as a leader in the field of AI-powered hospitality. It also paves the way for a revolutionary era of social media marketing.
