dc.description.abstract The Pakistani banking industry is undergoing a rapid change, marked by increased financial innovation adoption, modifying capital structures, and worries over possible profits manipulation. This study investigates how these elements interact and how they affect risk management techniques in the sector. The study used regression analysis to examine the links between financial innovation, capital structure, earnings management, and risk management governance using data panel from 23 commercial banks from 2011 to 2021. en_US
