dc.description.abstract The main objective of the project is to study and examine human resource management and practices with emphasis in employee job satisfaction and turn over intensions in banking sector of Pakistan. The study is based upon the key variables like rewards and benefits and personal professional growth. In order to get result we visited different banks in Rawalpindi and Lahore region. The primary data collection technique is used to gather the information. The employees were asked several questions through questionnaires for the purpose of data analysis for the study. A sample size of 100 was taken to conduct the research. And it was revealed that factors as promotion and career development opportunities, financial and non-financial incentives contribute to employee job satisfaction and turnover intensions. en_US
