dc.description.abstract This project investigates the consequences of hybrid work model on employee productivity and well being within an organization by analyzing Pakistan’s two prominent telecom organizations: Jazz and the UFONE Group. The contemporary shift towards blending remote and in-office work, has introduced discussions on the influence of hybrid work arrangements on employee performance and well being. This study explores the multifaceted impact of hybrid work model by assessing their implications for productivity metrics and employee well being by using a mix of surveys and data analysis. It is done by collecting data from within the organizations. The data then analyzed by using several different matrices such as stress levels, work-life balance, and job satisfaction. A comparative analysis between Jazz and UFONE Group provides insights into the distinctive impacts of hybrid work models and the findings reveal correlations between hybrid work model, employee well being and productivity. It also highlight the benefits and challenges that arise from the adoption of hybrid work models and provide recommendations for organizations to navigate through it smoothly in order to foster productive workplaces. en_US
