Abstract:
This project researches the connection between Green Human Resource Management Practices and Organizational Performance within the National Savings Organization of Pakistan. Utilizing a blended technique approach, the review investigates the effect of naturally cognizant HR systems on functional productivity, representative prosperity, and organizational achievement. The exploration uncovers serious areas of strength for a connection among GHRMP and OP, underscoring the basic job of feasible HR practices in upgrading, generally, organizational execution. Furthermore, the review recognizes valuable open doors for future upgrades, including prepared drives, strategy surveys, and persistent assessment components, pointed toward cultivating a more economical organizational culture. Results show that there is a significant relation between green HRM practices and organization performance. Data collected from head office employees and two employees from every regional office. The total responses we received is 60 which is then analyzed through SPSS to extract meaningful insights
