dc.description.abstract The main purpose of the present study is to conduct an in-depth investigation on the relationship between Job insecurity and ineffective appraisal system on employee motivation through various studies, interviews, and surveys, especially from corporate sector of Pakistan to gather informative data which can help researchers to get insight and valuable information regarding this critical issue. The study endeavours to determine how job insecurity and ineffective appraisal system impact employees mentally and lower their productivity. The present study follows a positivist paradigm and employs a mix of descriptive and explanatory research. The unit of analysis is individuals, while the target population is limited to the employees working in the corporate sector of Pakistan. The sample size of the proposed study is 100 respondents that are drawn through probability sampling technique. Following a survey research approach, self-administered questionnaires are used as the sole instrument to collect the data from respondents. The results of the present study indicate that the dimensions of Job insecurity, ineffective appraisal system have a significant negative impact on employee motivation. en_US
