Abstract:
The main purpose of the research is to find the Nexus of ethical leadership and job satisfaction with mediating role of self-efficacy (A study of telecom sector of Pakistan). The study's goal is to discover and analyze the relationships or interactions between these factors. It tries to explore how ethical leadership promotes work happiness, considering the possible effect of an individual's self-belief in their talents (self-efficacy). The study is focused on the Pakistani telecommunications business, implying that the research and conclusions are specialized to this specific sector in this unique nation. Methodology/Design/Approach Ethical leadership is a method of management that focuses on moral and principled behavior while guiding and influencing others. It entails displaying and supporting fair, honest, and respectful principles, morals, and standards. Ethical leaders prioritize the well-being of their team members, the organization, and society, making decisions based on ethics rather than personal gain or short-term rewards. The study's overall goal was to investigate Nexus of ethical leadership and job satisfaction with mediating role of self-efficacy (A study of telecom sector of Pakistan). The study's specific research objectives were to determine the ethical leadership practices impact on job satisfaction. The theoretical literature was used to develop the research model for this study. The descriptive research design was employed to investigate the research issue. This method of research was chosen because it allows the researcher to collect data to answer questions about the status of the research subject. The study's participants were telecom sector of Pakistan. Morgan's table was used to determine the sample size of 242. The questionnaire that was used in the research was modified. For the convenience of administration, this questionnaire contains closed-ended questions. The information gathered was entered into a spreadsheet and analyzed using SPSS 25. Value of the study Furthermore, the findings might be useful for management scholars, students, instructors, and educational institutions. The study's shortcoming is that data was not gathered from telecom companies operating in Pakistan's capital city. Because the sample size is small, the statistical validity of the findings cannot be asserted for all segments.
